The Enterprise Plan layers on top of Aviary Business, Premium, and Premium Plus subscriptions and offers the following additional features and benefits:
Single plan for all departments, up to the number of resources in the selected subscription, including storage. Additional resources for Premium Plus plan subscribers are available in increments of 1000 for $950 per 1000. Up to 10 departments, each with a distinct subdomain/instance. Additional departments available at $1,500 per additional department. Billing Administration - one invoice and one point of contact for billing on the Aviary and customer sides. Quarterly meetings with dedicated point person for customer success, management, administration, and coordination. Review of stats and coaching/guidance on how to optimize and improve. Annual strategy, planning, and roadmapping meetings on utilization of Aviary VIP Silver Technical Support - Respond to requests within 8 business hours. More than a subscription, it's a partnership focused on the sustained growth and innovation of a platform built for and by the higher education community. Offering extensive resources, dedicated support, and integration features, it enables well-resourced institutions to leverage a powerful platform while fostering a community-driven ecosystem and ensuring affordability for institutions with limited financial resources.
The Sustaining Partner Program offers the following features and benefits:
Single plan for all departments, up to a total of 150,000 resources including storage. ($5k per 10k additional resources, only added in increments of 10k) Up to 20 departments ($5k per additional department), each with a distinct subdomain/instance Up to 1 routine meeting per week with stakeholder group/working group, including coaching, guidance, project management, and administrative check-in. Billing Administration - one point of contact for billing Quarterly meetings with dedicated Point Person for customer success, management, administration, and coordination. Review of stats and coaching/guidance on how to optimize and improve. Annual strategy, planning, and roadmapping meetings on utilization of Aviary VIP Gold Technical Support - Respond to urgent matters within 4 business hours. Respond to important matters within 8 business hours. Prioritized resolution of requests above Enterprise customers and standard subscriptions.
