There are a number of ways to add resources and media files to an Aviary playlist. Organization users can add content to playlists from the Edit Playlist page, when viewing a resource on its Resource Detail page, or by selecting resources from a list of search results. Organization users can also add resources to a playlist using the Bulk Edit action button in the Resources table. Organizations may also choose to only display selected media files from a resource or shortened clips of media files in a playlist. See below for more details about each of these ways to add content to Aviary playlists. Adding resources from the Edit Playlist tab 1. Organization users can add resources to a playlist on the Edit Playlist tab. Filtering playlists 1. Users can filter playlists according to the resource metadata in playlist entries.
