There are a number of ways to add resources and media files to an Aviary playlist. Organization users can add content to playlists from the Edit Playlist page, when viewing a resource on its Resource Detail page, or by selecting resources from a list of search results. Organization users can also add resources to a playlist with the Bulk Edit action button in the Resources table. Organizations may also choose to only display selected media files from a resource or shorter clips of media files in a playlist. See below for detailed instructions about these ways to add content to Aviary playlists. Adding resources from the Edit Playlist page 1. After a playlist has been created, organization users can add resources to it from the Edit Playlist page. 1. Public and Aviary organization users are able to share playlists based on specific user and playlist viewing restrictions.
